Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage international air and sea freight shipments from origin to destination.
• Prepare and process shipping documentation including bills of lading, customs declarations, and invoices.
• Liaise with airlines, shipping lines, customs brokers, and partners to ensure smooth transit.
• Track shipments and provide updates to clients on status.
• Identify and resolve logistical challenges or customs-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and import/export requirements.
• Negotiate rates with carriers and service providers to optimize costs.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and overseas agents.
• Analyze shipping data to improve service and reduce costs.
• Maintain records of transactions and communications.
• Stay updated on changes in trade policies and shipping industry trends.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the shipping process.
