Job summary

Plain Concepts is seeking an AI Security Governance Strategy Consultant to help clients establish governance frameworks, define security responsibilities, and embed controls across the AI lifecycle. You will translate complex security concepts into business-focused guidance and executive-level narratives.

You will collaborate with security teams, AI stakeholders, and business leaders to operationalize governance programs that are scalable and actionable, driving adoption and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in cybersecurity consulting, security governance, security strategy, technology risk, GRC, or security transformation programs.
• Strong technical background in cybersecurity, computer science, engineering, or related discipline.
• Working knowledge of AI security, generative AI, LLMs, and AI agents; awareness of associated risks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition and execution of AI security governance strategies.
• Translate AI security requirements into governance processes across the lifecycle.
• Develop executive-level presentations and strategic communications for leadership.
• Bridge security and business stakeholders with actionable plans and ownership models.
• Coordinate AI security governance programs, milestones, risks, and delivery activities.
• Facilitate workshops and discussions to set priorities and ownership structures.
• Drive governance adoption with guidance, training materials, and communication plans.
• Monitor program performance and provide insights and governance metrics.
