Bending Spoons is seeking a talented, driven, and collaborative professional to join our team in Madrid or remote across eligible countries. You will help understand users and business models, generate opportunities, and execute high-impact initiatives with engineering and design teams.

The role emphasizes rigorous reasoning, initiative, teamwork, and excellent English communication as you help scale innovative products across Europe.

Formación

• A strong ability to reason from first principles and structure ideas clearly.
• Highly driven with initiative and responsibility.
• Excellent team spirit and willingness to help others.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing and speaking).

Responsabilidades

• Understand. Build a 360° understanding of your product, users, business model, competitive landscape, and economics using AI, data, and research to uncover key drivers.
• Ideate. Turn insights into concrete opportunities and hypotheses for testing across new features, growth initiatives, monetization, and improvements to operations.
• Execute. Turn opportunities into action with cross-functional collaboration, build the business case, and deliver initiatives that provide customer value.
• Optimize. Use A/B tests and metrics to scale successful initiatives and inform the next cycle of discovery.
