Bending Spoons is hiring in Madrid, Italy, London or fully remote locations. The role involves deep product understanding, rapid feature development and end-to-end project ownership in small, autonomous teams.

You will leverage AI, data and user research to uncover opportunities, and work with engineers and designers to ship high-impact features. Strong English skills are essential for collaboration across Europe.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate. Build a deep understanding of your product, its business model, and drivers behind its growth using AI, data and user research.
• Innovate. Combine user insights, market signals and emerging technologies to identify high-impact initiatives and features with first-principles thinking.
• Execute. Turn ideas into impactful features; prioritize ruthlessly and coordinate designers, engineers and teammates end-to-end.
• Iterate. Use experiments and product metrics to learn and improve the product continuously.
