DNA325 is a remote-first AI-native product company building fast, reliable backend layers that power AI interactions in email, notes, and task tools. You will join a small, high-talent team shipping production-grade services and orchestration for model-driven features.

You’ll own inference pipelines, optimize latency, and ensure observable APIs across mobile and desktop clients, balancing cost and performance while shipping rapidly.

Formación

• Production-grade backend systems experience.
• Experience with high-throughput, low-latency services.
• Familiarity with AI inference patterns (LLMs, embeddings).
• Ability to debug distributed systems under load.
• Bias toward shipping and learning from production behavior.

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate backend systems that serve AI-powered features in production.
• Design inference pipelines, orchestration layers, and service boundaries around models.
• Own production concerns: monitoring, logging, alerting, incident response.
• Optimize latency and throughput across inference, caching, batching, and streaming.
