Pencil is seeking an Agent Architect to design the brain of Pencil’s Creative AI engine. You will engineer agent behavior, tool-calling structures, and evaluation loops powering our multi-agent platform across text, image, and video outputs.

You will lead core systems and client solutions, bridging creative briefs with deterministic AI workflows, ensuring robustness, fidelity, and brand alignment for global brands and small businesses.

Formación

• 3+ years of direct GenAI experience with LLMs and multimodal models.
• Ability to design multi-agent workflows and scalable architectures.
• Comfort with Python, JSON structures, and API documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement multi-agent workflows and task decomposition.
• Develop scalable frameworks and reusable agents for 1,000+ brands.
• Collaborate with AI Eng and Product to determine prompting, RAG, or fine-tuning.
• Translate creative briefs into deterministic AI workflows for client deployments.
• Establish rigorous evaluation loops and benchmarking for agent performance.
