Job summary

Symanto Research is seeking an experienced Lead Architect to design and lead the technical architecture of its next-generation AI agentic building platform. The platform enables creation, orchestration, and deployment of intelligent autonomous agents that reason, plan, and act across tools, services, and data sources.

You will define system architecture, technical standards, and engineering strategy to ensure scalability, reliability, and extensibility of complex AI-driven systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3+ years in architecture or technical leadership roles.
• Strong experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Proficiency in one or more backend languages (Python, Go, Node.js, or Java).
• Experience designing scalable APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML systems and LLM integrations.
• Deep understanding of system design, scalability, and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture of an AI agentic multi-tenant platform (multi-agent orchestration, workflows, memory, tool usage, observability).
• Define scalable and modular system designs for agent runtimes, APIs, and services.
• Design cloud-native, event-driven, and distributed systems.
• Establish best practices for security, reliability, and performance.
