Roche is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer (Network Security) to lead Secure Access Network Services across a global enterprise. You will own the SME function for NAC, identity-driven security, and segmentation, driving the evolution of access controls and authentication strategies to protect Roche networks both on-prem and in the cloud.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Security, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-grade NAC solutions, specifically Cisco ISE.
• Proven track record deploying Palo Alto NGFWs including SSL decryption and threat prevention.
• Experience using Ansible/Terraform and Python to manage network security infrastructure at scale.
• Experience managing security controls in large, global environments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME for Secure Access technologies, evaluating and selecting emerging security tools.
• Drive the long-term technical roadmap for network access aligned with Zero Trust architecture.
• Translate security requirements into actionable technical initiatives.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster operational excellence.
• Design, deploy, and maintain robust authentication solutions (802.1X, EAP-TLS, MFA).
• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of Cisco ISE deployments and network segmentation.
• Develop observability, monitoring, and automation dashboards.
