Giesecke+Devrient in Sant Joan Despí is seeking an Operations Design professional to own the end-to-end Volume Release Sample (VRS) creation and delivery, ensuring performance, cost, quality, and speed meet customer expectations.

You will safeguard workflows, align with Sales, CPM, and Profile Operations, and drive initiatives to reduce lead times while promoting operational excellence and KPI-driven decisions.

• IT Service Management experience.
• Technical understanding of data flows / data design.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end VRS creation and delivery process.
• Safeguard workflows to meet customer requirements and internal quality standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Operations, CPM, and Profile Operations to align outcomes.
• Identify and monitor initiatives to improve workflows and reduce delivery lead times.
• Translate customer requirements into operational success and business value.
• Develop, track, and analyze KPIs to monitor process performance and guide decisions.
• Oversee and coordinate all activities involved in VRS creation, validation, and delivery.
• Define and document process standards and best practices.
• Review performance data, identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and lead cross-functional meetings.
• Partner with Quality to ensure samples meet regulatory requirements.
• Engage with CPM for feedback and improvements.
• Lead or support automation projects to drive efficiency.
• Prepare and present status updates to senior management.

The Mission

To lead, optimize, and safeguard the entire Volume Release Sample (VRS) creation and delivery process—balancing cost, speed, and performance to maximize customer satisfaction and business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process of Volume Release Sample (VRS) creation and delivery, acting as the key point of accountability for the performance, cost, quality, and speed of the value stream.
• Safeguard workflows to ensure strict compliance with customer requirements, technical specifications, and internal quality standards.
• Drive alignment and optimize outcomes by collaborating closely with Sales, Customer Operations, Customer Product Management (CPM), and Profile Operations.
• Identify, implement, and monitor initiatives to enhance workflows, reduce sample delivery lead times, and actively promote a culture of operational excellence.
• Translate customer requirements into operational success, maximizing customer satisfaction and business value.
• Develop, track, and analyze KPIs and metrics to monitor process performance and guide strategic decisions.

Key Tasks & Daily Activities

• Oversee and coordinate all activities involved in VRS creation, validation, and timely delivery.
• Define, document, and continuously update process standards and operational best practices.
• Regularly review performance data, identify bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and facilitate cross-functional meetings to align priorities.
• Partner with the Quality team to ensure all samples meet technical and regulatory requirements.
• Actively engage with CPM to gather feedback and continuously improve the overall VRS experience.
• Lead or support automation projects within the value stream to drive efficiency.
• Prepare and present regular status updates and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Experience in Operations Design / Service Delivery / Process Design (ITIL, etc.).
• IT Service Management experience.
• Technical understanding of data flows / data design.
• Preferably:
  • Experience working in the telecommunications sector
  • Experience working in highly regulated environments
  • Bachelor of Science or related work experience (in IT environments)
• Minimum B2 English level.
