Puig is a global beauty house seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to ensure compliance across the Home Care portfolio. You will report to the Regulatory Affairs Manager within Safety and Regulatory Affairs and support product development, ingredient compliance, hazard classification, labeling, safety documentation and market access.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1–2 years of Regulatory Affairs experience in chemical or cosmetic industry.
• Knowledge of Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008 (CLP) for classification and labeling.
• Knowledge of global cosmetic regulations and ingredient compliance requirements.
• Experience with international chemical regulations (K-REACH, CSCL, DSL/NDSL, AICIS) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Regulatory compliance assessments for Home Care products and related categories.
• Provide regulatory guidance to cross-functional teams during development and approval processes.
• Review packaging constraints and labels for regulatory feasibility and approve product artworks.
• Ensure technical documentation and regulatory processes align with global regulations and internal standards.
• Conduct hazard classification per CLP and other chemical regulations.
• Create, review and approve SDS where needed.
• Manage regulatory documentation and substance inventories for market access and export compliance.
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on products and processes.
