Henkel Corporation is seeking a sourcing professional to manage local and regional projects across categories and countries, prioritizing regional KAM directives. You will ensure consistent use of digital tools and processes while analyzing data to create spend transparency and inform negotiations.

The role involves identifying new suppliers, developing supplier decision memos, and coordinating with Legal to finalize contracts.

Responsabilités

• Manages & executes sourcing projects at local/regional level across categories and countries.
• Ensures consistent usage of digital tools & processes for all projects.
• Specifies reg./local demand and creates spend transparency by analyzing data.
• Screens markets and identifies potentially new regional/local suppliers and conducts compliant e-sourcing.
• Develops supplier decision memos, awards and implements suppliers, and works with Legal on contracts.
• Tracks sourcing decisions and benchmarks, advising on sourcing strategy development.
• Guides local business on buying channels and order processes and executes defined StP transactions if required.

What you´ll do

• Manages & executes sourcing projects at local/regional level in changing Categories / countries and based on priorities defined by Regional KAM
• Ensures consistent usage of digital tools & processes for all projects executed
• Specifies reg./local demand, creates spend transparency by analyzing purchasing data, defines specific metrics as basis for negotiation
• Screens the markets and identifies potentially new regional and local suppliers, prepares and conducts efficient and compliant (e)-sourcing activities
• Develops supplier decision memo for local business, awards and implements suppliers, establishes contracts in cooperation with Legal
• Tracks and benchmarks sourcing decision, consults category for the sourcing strategy development
• Guides local business on buying channels/order process for IMS Executes and tracks defined StP transactions in case of legal local or market
