• Drive regional and country quality oversight for implementation and maintenance of Vigilance Quality Systems implementation.
• Ensure PV regulations compliance and monitor country/regional quality performance.
• Coordinate the Global Vigilance Quality Plan deliverables with regional activities.
• Monitor indicators on performance, compliance and quality of vigilance systems.
• Propose quality improvements and lead regional quality initiatives.
• Support CAPA development and management for PV audits and inspections.
• Prepare for Health Authority vigilance inspections and manage CAPA evidence.
