Theisen’s Home-Farm-Auto is seeking a Regional Merchandiser based at the Store Support Center. This role drives merchandising execution across stores in the Western Iowa region, supports new store openings and major resets, and partners with Purchasing, Store Operations, Marketing Operations, and Store Planning to deliver brand-right shopping experiences.

Preferred candidates are based in or near Ames, IA, with 60–70% travel and overnight stays.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 2 years of Store Operations experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Travel required: 60–70% field time, including overnight stays for store sets and resets.

Responsabilidades

• Regional Merchandising Execution: ensure consistent merchandising across all stores in the region.
• Competitive Benchmarking: visit competitor stores and evaluate merchandising standards.
• Visual & Merchandising Standards: teach, coordinate and execute visual guidelines.
• Store Sets & Resets: assist with major resets and new store sets within the region.
• Store Planning Data & Infrastructure: maintain blueprint data and fixture inventory needs.
• Pricing, Signage & Compliance: ensure pricing and signage compliance and support promotions.
