Seco SOLVA in Europe seeks a Solva Regional Project Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of complex customer projects. You will connect Solva Business Development, regional sales, the Innovation Hub, and local technical teams to translate manufacturing challenges into structured opportunities and measurable outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical or commercial field.
• 10+ years experience in manufacturing engineering or project leadership.
• Proven ability to lead complex customer projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Solva offer leadership, qualifying opportunities requiring integrated outcomes.
• Own execution quality, risk management, and delivery performance.
• Coordinate Innovation Hub, engineering teams, partners, and Seco teams.
• Coach local engineers and account managers to sustain ownership after handover.
• Drive governance, reporting, and closure with structured handover.
