EUROPEAN CAMPING GROUP (ECG) is seeking a proactive maintenance supervisor to lead the regional team within ECG SUPPORT, ensuring the daily upkeep and safety of our mobile home fleet across sites. You will coordinate technicians, manage schedules, and ensure quality results in line with our standards.

You will visit campsites weekly, liaise with internal customers and suppliers, and mentor staff to reach autonomy.

• Strong written and spoken communication skills.

EUROPEAN CAMPING GROUP (ECG) is a leading player in the mobile home holiday market, offering its customers 300 destinations and almost 45,000 quality rental accommodations throughout Europe. The group selects and operates holiday sites according to very precise criteria: attractiveness of the site, landscaping, pool, entertainment, mini-clubs, catering, sports activities on offer or nearby.

Objectives:

Working in the maintenance department of ECG SUPPORT, a multi-technical structure specialising in the management of our rental properties, you will be responsible for maintaining the quality of the mobile home fleet on a daily basis, continually meeting the expectations of the Group and its customers in terms of the safety and functionality of the facilities.

Functional relations:

• Direct relations with internal customers
• Frequent contact with companies and other service providers
• Frequent contact with management and other campsite departments

• Recruit, welcome, train and manage a team of travelling maintenance technicians.
• Draw up seasonal work schedules in coordination with logistical constraints.
• Train staff in accordance with our company standards and guarantee consistent quality of results.
• Equip staff with tools and uniforms, and carry out periodic inventories and inventories.
• Guarantee the support and mentoring of new employees until they are fully autonomous.
• Assessing staff performance and attitudes. Identifying and developing talent.
• Visit the campsites every week and ensure that everything is in line with the operational plan.
• Inform our internal customers of our work and organise coordination meetings.
• Drawing up the necessary order forms for any work to be carried out or equipment to be purchased.
• Monitor the supply of spare parts to our depots and vehicles.
• Manage and monitor subcontractors in the event of outsourced work.

Profile:

• Solid maintenance experience in a similar sector
• Recognised for your leadership and exemplary nature
• Ability to manage your own time and that of your colleagues, taking account of the Group's directives, even when unforeseen circumstances arise
• Good oral and written communication skills

But also:

• Mobility for regional travel (driving licence essential)
• Knowledge of technical English and technical French
• Comfortable with IT tools (gmail, excel, various internal management tools, etc.)
