Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. is seeking an Regional IWS TPM Trainer to deploy and coach Lean and TPM principles across multiple manufacturing sites in the region. You will drive standardization, build employee capability, and foster zero-loss thinking on the shop floor.

You will deliver classroom and hands-on training, map capability gaps, and mentor site leaders to sustain improvements. Travel to different plants will be frequent to ensure consistency and rapid deployment of best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in continuous improvement roles (TPM/Lean/IWS).
• Strong knowledge of IWS/TPM pillars such as Autonomous Maintenance and Progressive Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training through classroom and hands-on coaching on IWS and TPM tools.
• Develop capability maps and learning plans across plants.
• Mentor site IWS managers and pillar leads to enable self-sufficiency.
• Lead phase progress audits to assess maturity and sustainability.
• Guide teams in root-cause analysis to eliminate waste.
• Share best practices and benchmark across facilities.
• Coordinate with global committees and regional leadership.
