Siemens Energy is seeking a Regional Fleet Management Professional to oversee our vehicle fleet across Southern Europe, coordinating with leasing companies and guiding transitions from combustion to electric vehicles. You will work with executives and technical teams to ensure seamless operations.

You will develop a comprehensive vehicle policy aimed at reducing CO2 emissions by 2030 while engaging with high‑level stakeholders to drive sustainable change.

Formación

• 2–3 years of experience in vehicle management.
• Strong communication skills for internal stakeholders and executives.
• Negotiation skills to develop vehicle policies that align with CO2 objectives.
• Fluency in English required as primary working language.
• Background in business management, purchasing, logistics, engineering, or supply chain preferred.

Imagine coordinating with leasing companies and overseeing operational aspects in countries like Portugal, Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and Austria. You will lead initiatives to transition from combustion to electric vehicles, ensuring compliance with decarbonization goals. Your role will also involve creating a comprehensive vehicle policy aimed at reducing CO2 emissions by 2030, while engaging with high-level stakeholders to drive impactful change.

• You will manage the company’s vehicle fleet for Southern Europe, supporting business area executives and technical teams.
• Collaborate with various leasing companies to ensure smooth operational processes and vehicle transitions.
• Monitor electrification efforts and CO2 reporting to meet decarbonization standards.
• Develop and implement a vehicle policy focused on sustainability and electrification.
• Engage with high-level stakeholders to negotiate and advocate for vehicle policy objectives.

What You Bring

• You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vehicle management.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effectively managing internal stakeholders and executives.
• Negotiation skills are a must for developing vehicle policies that align with CO2 objectives.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory, as it will be the primary working language.
• A background in business management, purchasing, logistics, engineering, or supply chain is preferred.

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic purchasing department focused on regional procurement, consisting of around 50 professionals spread across Southern Europe. This team is dedicated to optimizing fleet management and enhancing operational efficiency. By collaborating with various stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in driving sustainability initiatives and ensuring that our fleet aligns with Siemens Energy’s commitment to reducing emissions.
