Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Regional Clinical Compliance Lead to build and lead a multi-country RCC team focused on GCP compliance, inspections, and risk management across Spain and neighboring countries. You will drive process excellence and partner with global and regional stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, in-depth regulatory knowledge, and the ability to travel within the region. Fluent English is essential; Spanish language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical or healthcare discipline with minimum 8 years of progressive clinical operations experience and at least 6 years in a GCP/compliance role, including 4 years of people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team of Clinical Compliance professionals across multiple countries.
• Provide guidance on ICH-GCP regulations and internal standards to ensure compliant practices.
• Oversee inspections preparation, execution, and follow-up activities.
• Support during audits and inspections with leadership oversight.
• Drive standardization and harmonization of processes across the team.
