Flowtec Group is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager – Data Center (Southern Europe) to drive growth across Spain, France and Italy. You will build strategic relationships with data center owners, operators, consultants and EPCs while shaping the regional sales strategy.

You will collaborate with European Data Center teams, develop offerings, and represent Flowtec at industry events. A technical background in HVAC or cooling technologies is a plus, with fluency in Spanish and English

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in the data center industry.
• Technical affinity for HVAC, cooling technologies, flow systems or energy-efficient infrastructure.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French/Italian desirable.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Spain, France, and Italy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Southern Europe Data Center region.

• Build strong customer relationships and secure project specifications for DLC and HVAC solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
• Collaborate with local sales teams, engineering, and project management across Europe.
• Support regional service offerings and pricing strategies aligned with Europe Data Center business.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings across the region.
• Monitor market trends and competitive developments to identify growth opportunities.

Regional Business Development Manager – Data Center (Southern Europe) (m/f/d)

For our client, a globally leading industrial technology company specializing in engineered infrastructure solutions for mission-critical applications, we are looking for an experienced Regional Business Development Manager – Data Center (Southern Europe). In this key role, you will drive business development across some of Europe's fastest-growing data center markets, build strategic customer relationships, and contribute to the continued expansion of the company's Data Center business.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Nordic Data Center market in alignment with the European Data Center organization.
• Drive business development with data center owners, operators, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships and secure project specifications for mission-critical HVAC and Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing customer accounts.
• Collaborate closely with local Sales Companies, engineering teams, project managers, and cooling specialists across Europe.
• Support the development of regional service offerings and pricing strategies in line with the European Data Center business.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings throughout the region (Spain, France and Italy).
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments to identify future growth opportunities.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful sales or business development experience within the data center industry.
• Strong understanding of the regional data center ecosystem and specification selling.
• Technical affinity for HVAC, cooling technologies, flow systems, or energy-efficient infrastructure is a must.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365) and SAP is an advantage.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional language skills (French and/or Italian) are highly desirable.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region (Spain, France and Italy).
