Trindent is expanding its European practice and seeking Chemical Engineers with refinery experience to drive data-driven improvements across multiple core services. The role requires regular client engagement and about 80% travel within the EU.

Candidates should have hands-on refinery experience, strong data mining skills in Excel, and the ability to collaborate with client teams to deliver measurable performance gains.

Formación

• At least 2 years of hands-on refinery experience.
• Strong understanding of refinery operations and process engineering.
• Advanced data mining and analysis skills in Excel; strong problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Ability to work with client stakeholders in a site-based consulting environment.

Responsabilidades

• Data Analysis, Implementation & Reporting: mine, cleanse and analyze operating data; develop dashboards and KPI grids; support observations and continuous-improvement activities; translate findings into actionable plans with financial impact.
• Client Collaboration & Sustainable Change: work with refinery operations, planning, scheduling, maintenance, engineering and management; help implement sustainable processes and embed new ways of working.
