GALGO REAL ESTATE, based in Valencia, is expanding its team and seeking a passionate property consultant to grow with the company.

You will work in exclusivity in a prospecting area near our Valencia office, handling high‑value clients with a focus on acquisitions, valuations, negotiations, and closing deals.

The role offers a permanent contract, a fixed monthly salary plus generous commissions, and a friendly office environment with standard hours.

Formación

• Experience as a property consultant is required.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages considered positively.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proactive, reliable, and with good presence.

Responsabilidades

• Prospecting and property acquisition.
• Cold calls and prospecting in the assigned area.
• Property valuation reports.
• Advice to sellers and buyers.
• Client follow-up.
• Visits to properties.
• Closing deals.

At GALGO REAL ESTATE we are expanding our team and we would like to meet you. We are looking for people who are passionate about the real estate world and want to grow professionally. We are a young and stablished company with a great future ahead of us.

Our main office is located in Valencia city, Pascual y Genis street nº 10 2D CP 46002.

IMPORTANT FOR YOU

You will be assigned in exclusivity a prospecting area near our offices in the centre of Valencia. You will be dealing with high-ticket clients.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Experience as a property consultant (is a must).
• Positive and entrepreneur attitude.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (other languages will be considered positively).
• Resolutive candidate with negotiation skills.
• Good presence and excellent communication skills.
• Commitment, perseverance and responsibility.
• User usability of computer applications (Google Workspace and Inmovilla).
• Other languages will be a plus.

WHAT WILL BE YOUR FUNCTIONS?

• Prospecting and property acquisition.
• Cold calls and prospection in the assigned area.

WHAT WE OFFER?

• Permanent contract.
• Fixed monthly salary + high sales commissions.
• Office hours from Monday to Friday from 9:00 till 14:00 and 16:00 till 19:00.
