Roccabox Property Group is expanding and seeking sharp, ambitious salespeople to convert conversations into opportunities across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. You will guide buyers from first enquiry through viewings, negotiations and completion, with practical training and ongoing guidance.

This independent consultant model offers freedom over how you manage your working day, with a supportive team available for advice and progress.

Formación

• Previous sales or client-facing experience is required.
• Confidence speaking with clients on the phone is essential.
• Able to build trust quickly with clients.
• Organised with consistent follow-up and diary management.
• Self-motivated and comfortable managing your day.

Roccabox Property Group is expanding and we're looking for sharp, ambitious salespeople who know how to communicate, build relationships and turn conversations into opportunities.

You don't need to come from real estate.

You do need some previous sales or client-facing experience, confidence dealing with people and the drive to create results.

If you're organised, personable, self motivated and want more freedom over how you manage your working day, this could be a great move.

You'll work directly with property buyers across Marbella and the Costa del Sol, guiding them from their first enquiry through to viewings, negotiations and completion.

Manage your own diary and organise your working day around your clients, appointments and opportunities.

We'll give you practical property training, market knowledge and ongoing guidance to help you get up to speed quickly.

You manage your own clients, but you're never on your own. Our sales and management team are available when you need advice, support or help progressing a deal.

You'll have access to a regular flow of enquiries, quality property stock and a recognised Marbella brand behind you.

Previous real estate experience is a plus, but it isn't essential.
