ProMedica is seeking a Radiology Technologist at Toledo Hospital to work with a radiologist and other physicians to perform complex imaging procedures for diagnostic and treatment purposes. You will administer and document IV contrast for patients of all ages and ensure radiation protection and patient safety while producing high-quality images.

The role requires AMA-approved radiologic technology training, ARRT registration or eligibility with timely completion of registry, and CPR

• Registered by the ARRT; if registry eligible, must pass within one year of accepting the position
• CPR certified

• Administer and document IV contrast; monitor patients during procedures
• Use proper radiation protection and immobilizers to produce high-quality images
• Ensure compliant documentation and patient safety throughout imaging processes

Job Summary

As a Radiology Technologist, you will work with the radiologist and other physicians and perform complex procedures for the diagnosis and treatment of patients.

You will administer and document contrast and IV contrast for procedures on patients of all ages.

You will also use proper radiation protection and age-appropriate immobilizers to produce high quality images.

Requirements

• Completion of formal radiologic technology training at an AMA approved school
• Registered by the ARRT. If registry eligible, must pass registry within one year of accepting the position. If performing in more than one modality and registry eligible, must pass registry within one year of accepting additional responsibilities.
• CPR certified
