ENSIA EXPERT, S.L. is based in Illescas, Spain, and collaborates with Airbus ME Surface Protection & Painting teams to develop surface protection solutions for future aircraft architectures.

The role will interface with Design Office and Methods teams to guarantee durability and performance, driving optimization of fuselage production processes and ensuring readiness for increased production cadences. Job Description:

Based in Illescas, you will work in close collaboration with the
Airbus Commercial ME (Manufacturing Engineering) Surface
Protection & Painting teams to address a major challenge:
developing and integrating surface protection solutions tailored
to our future aircraft architectures.
Your role, in co-design with the Design Office and Methods
teams, will be essential in guaranteeing the durability and
performance of the next generation of aircraft.
The jobholder will provide critical support for elementary parts
and drive the optimization of the A350 fuselage production
processes. As a leader within a Multi-Functional Team (MFT),
you will ensure the successful execution of projects by acting as
the primary interface between various programs, Engineering,
Procurement, and the Supply Chain. A key focus will be on
process improvement to support the production ramp-up,
ensuring that surface protection and painting activities can
meet increased cadences.

The role will be based in Illescas and will require travels
depending upon specific projects and engagement with all sites.

• Education: Degree from an Engineering School or University in Materials Science, Chemistry, or Aeronautics.
• Experience: Proven knowledge of surface protection within the aerospace industry, with a strong interest in production environment (shop floor) and process industrialization.

We need someone who has:

• Technical knowledge of surface protection (surface treatment, painting, sealants).
• Ability to capture field requirements and translate them into process improvements.
• Knowledge of composite materials and their interaction with surface protection is a major plus.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a Multi-Functional Team (MFT).
• Competencies in Chemistry are a plus.
• Knowledge of the Airbus ecosystem is a plus.
