BioSystems seeks a highly motivated R&D professional to contribute to the design and development of biochemical and immunoturbidimetric reagents and reference materials. You will design experiments, evaluate technical feasibility, and prepare documentation for manufacturing and quality control.

The role requires 3+ years in R&D, PhD or MSc in a relevant field, and strong English communication within a global team. Flexible, innovation‑driven environment with cross-functional collaboration awaits.

Formación

• PhD or master's degree in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related scientific discipline.
• ≥ 3 years’ experience in R&D environments with experimental design and product development.
• Experience with techniques for characterization and quantification of biological markers (proteins, ions, metabolites, or enzymes).
• Strong knowledge of analytical methodologies and product technologies.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken) for global collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Continuously acquire and maintain scientific and technical knowledge.
• Evaluate feasibility of research objectives.
• Design and develop new products; improve existing ones.
• Plan, design, and execute experimental studies.
• Prepare technical documentation for manufacturing and quality control.
• Collaborate with R+D+i, Quality, Operations, and Customer teams.
• Provide scientific support to internal departments.
