Responsabilités

• Implements Product Development Quality strategies and improvement initiatives for TC, guiding RD teams to apply quality standards across NPI and GPS.
• Coaches RD engineers in quality mindset and trains applying RD quality guidelines and methods.
• Ensures BU QMS is followed within product development and GPS in TC; contributes to RD process definitions and measurement of effectiveness.
• Oversees gate model and design change processes to ensure quality requirements are defined and tracked throughout projects.
• Monitors quality metrics and problem reports; conducts peer reviews and disseminates lessons learned for continuous improvement.
