Autonomous University of Madrid (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid) seeks a First Stage Researcher (R1) to coordinate R&D programs within the Chemical Engineering Department. You will liaise with research groups and public bodies, and help manage budgets, timelines, and risk assessment.

You will also handle documentation, reports, and dissemination, contributing to grant applications and coordination with partners, in English and Spanish, across national and EU programs.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in science/engineering with biomedical relevance.
• Research experience in chemistry, biotechnology, or biomedicine.
• High level English, both spoken and written (C1).
• Experience in R&D project management in Madrid and in national/European programs.

Responsabilités

• Liaise between R&D groups and the Community of Madrid's DGIIT.
• Prepare and monitor work plans, timelines and budgets; identify and manage risks.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables and objectives across programs.
