E-Frontiers is seeking an R&D / Innovation Coordinator to support incentive programs and innovation projects across Spain and the UK, with a fully remote setup. You’ll coordinate R&D incentive projects, manage documentation and deadlines, support data collection and process automation, and drive internal adoption of tracking processes to ensure audit readiness and compliance.

Occasional travel to the Barcelona office may be required for audits, and you will collaborate with Finance, HR,

• 3+ years in project coordination or project management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Advanced Excel and data management skills.
• Experience managing timelines and multiple stakeholders.
