A leading health sciences company in Madrid is seeking a Product Development / Quality Technician. This full-time role involves quality assurance and customer service, focusing on regulatory compliance in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Health Science, fluent English, and 1-3 years of relevant experience. The position offers an opportunity to support the Quality Management System and work with innovative products.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance and/or Regulatory Affairs.
• Fluent English (min C1), able to respond to technical queries.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain documentation database as per internal protocols.
• Provide customer technical support.
• Manage customer claims ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Support development of the Quality Management System.
