Volta is seeking a Quality Function Manager to own the quality framework across its data center fleet. You will lead quality leads, set standards, and build assurance programs ensuring every site meets rigorous commissioning and safety benchmarks.

You will drive non-conformance resolution, implement robust inspection plans, and collaborate with safety and DSX teams. Travel across European sites is expected as volumes grow.

Formación

• Proven track in quality leadership on data center or mission-critical construction programs.
• Deep familiarity with commissioning practice on complex, MEP-heavy facilities.
• Experience building or running quality systems across multiple projects.
• Strong record in vendor quality and factory acceptance for critical equipment.
• Structured root-cause problem solving and clear reporting.
• Credibility to hold projects and contractors to standard.
• Willingness to travel regularly across European sites.

About The Role

The Quality Function Manager owns quality across the Volta fleet - from vendor quality and site inspection through to the test and commissioning standards that prove a facility is ready for compute. In an organization built on repeatable delivery, quality is what makes repetition worth having. You will lead the quality leads embedded in each project team through a functional line, set the standards they work to, and build the assurance programs that keep every site honest. The role works closely with safety, commissioning and the DSX team.

Compensation Range: €110K - €155K
