Unilabs is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the Quality Management System across radiology institutes, ensuring ISO alignment and regulatory compliance. The role focuses on driving quality culture, implementing improvement actions, and coordinating audits and governance with local leadership.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in radiography or related field, at least 3 years in a leadership quality role, and fluent English, with willingness to travel within the group’s facilities.

Formación

• Degree in Radiography, Healthcare Sciences, Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management, quality, governance, or leadership role.
• Experience with audits, accreditation standards, incidents, or regulatory compliance is advantageous.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring ISO standards compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Promote a culture of quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement through training and SOPs.
• Develop, monitor, and report quality objectives, performance indicators, and improvement initiatives with leadership.
• Manage quality incidents, non-conformities, complaints, adverse events, and regulatory reporting as needed.
• Plan, coordinate internal and external audits, certifications, and management reviews.
• Act as the primary contact between radiology institutes, certification bodies, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Drive process harmonisation, risk management, and corrective actions through KPIs and dashboards.
• Support governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic quality initiatives across teams.
• Monitor emerging regulatory requirements and support their implementation.

The Quality Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Quality Management System (QMS), quality programmes, processes, and procedures to ensure that the performance and quality of services comply with regulatory, accreditation, customer, and organisational requirements across the assigned radiology institutes and healthcare facilities.

Key Responsabilities

• Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring compliance with ISO standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulatory requirements
• Promote a culture of quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement through training, communication, SOP implementation, and education on quality management principles and tools
• Develop, monitor, and report quality objectives, performance indicators, and improvement initiatives in collaboration with Group and local leadership teams
• Manage quality incidents, non-conformities, complaints, adverse events, and post-market surveillance activities, including risk assessment, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and regulatory reporting where required
• Plan, coordinate, and support internal and external audits, certification activities, management reviews, and follow-up actions to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement
• Act as the primary point of contact between radiology institutes, certification bodies, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders on quality and compliance matters
• Drive process harmonisation, risk management, business continuity, and quality improvement initiatives through KPI monitoring, dashboards, change management, and corrective and preventive actions
• Support operational, medical, and leadership teams with governance, regulatory compliance, quality improvement activities, and strategic quality initiatives
• Monitor emerging regulatory and industry requirements and support their implementation within the organisation

Requirements

• Degree in Radiography, Healthcare Sciences, Quality Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline. Advanced degree desirable
• Previous operational experience within Radiology or Diagnostic Imaging services
• Experience working within healthcare quality, patient safety, accreditation, compliance, or governance environments is highly desirable
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, risk management principles, and healthcare quality systems
• Demonstrated experience in process mapping, quality improvement, and problem-solving methodologies
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a management, quality, governance, or leadership role
• Experience working with audits, accreditation standards, incident management, or regulatory compliance activities is an advantage
