Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz in Madrid seeks a Quality Manager to oversee quality activities across the full product lifecycle for hardware and software. You will ensure conformity, reliability and drive improvements by coordinating with development, project management and stakeholders.

The role focuses on implementing QM processes, assessing conformity (CE, KC, NRTL) and coaching teams to reduce risk and improve product quality.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for quality management within product lifecycle management processes, in particular for software and hardware development
• Support products throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Perform conformity assessments and approval processes (e.g., CE, KC, NRTL)
• Monitor product reliability; initiate and track corrective and preventive actions
• Coach and ensure processes for development-related QM activities
• Represent quality aspects in internal working groups
• Design, plan and deliver internal training on QM topics
