Job summary

A leading manufacturing company is seeking a Project Quality Engineer for their Madrid office. The role involves managing quality standards, conducting First Article Inspections, and ensuring adherence to APQP requirements. Candidates should have over 2 years of experience in quality assurance and be proficient in quality tools and systems. Strong communication skills and customer orientation are essential. This is a full-time position at mid-senior level.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Quality.
• Knowledge of Quality Tools such as Control Plan, FMEA, MSA.
• Knowledge of Quality Systems like ISO 9001 and ISO TS 22163.
• Professional knowledge of English; French and German are a plus.
• Customer-oriented approach.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence others.
• Collaborative and teamwork-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and organize the First Article Inspection (FAI).
• Manage product certification and homologation process.
• Deploy and drive the Advance Product Quality Planning (APQP).
• Manage quality planning and coordinate all project quality-related activities.
• Assure delivery of Quality deliverables at project gates.
• Reject and block any non-conforming product.
