Diamond Foundry Inc. seeks a Quality Engineer to lead the QMS under ISO 9001:2015, developing governance, documentation, and continuous improvement programs. You will work with engineers to standardize processes, map SOPs, and drive risk-based decisions across operations.

You will own KPI tracking, audits, and corrective actions to ensure certification readiness and enhanced customer satisfaction, contributing to scalable, compliant manufacturing of diamond wafers for advanced tech.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in quality management, process improvement, or operational excellence with ISO 9001 experience.
• Expertise in ISO 9001 standards, process mapping, document control, records management, auditing practices, risk-based thinking, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Process Standardization & Document Control: design, map, and draft manuals, SOPs, and work instructions; manage centralized document control repository.
• Auditing & Compliance Management: coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Non-Conformance & Continuous Improvement: lead root-cause analysis and deploy corrective actions.
• Quality Metrics & Risk-Based Thinking: define and report QMS KPIs and monitor risks in operations.
• QMS Governance & ISO 9001 Compliance: author and maintain internal quality requirements.
