ARAN EUROPE is hiring a Junior Quality Engineer in Valladolid, Spain. The role reports to the Quality Manager and focuses on ensuring production quality, controlling processes, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key tasks include supervising production line quality, handling non-conformances, assisting with ISO 9001 audits, and coordinating with customers and suppliers. This is a permanent, full-time position in an industrial plant.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality departments in industrial sectors.
• English: intermediate to advanced for documentation and customer relations.

Responsabilidades

• Non-conformance management: identify deviations, analyze root causes, and monitor corrective actions.

Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and growth-oriented Junior Quality Engineer to permanently join our industrial plant. Working closely with the Quality Manager, you will ensure compliance with production standards and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Process Control: Oversee quality controls on production lines and approve finished product releases.
• Non-Conformance Management: Identify deviations, analyze root causes, and monitor corrective actions.
• Audits and Regulations: Assist in maintaining the quality management system (ISO 9001 and applicable food safety regulations).
• Customer & Supplier Relations: Support the handling of complaints and the approval of raw materials.

Minimum Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Chemical, Materials, or similar).
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in quality departments within the industrial, packaging, or automotive sectors.
• Skills: Analytical mindset, technical rigor, proactivity, and strong teamwork skills in factory environments.
• Languages: Intermediate to advanced level of English (valuable for documentation and customer relations).
