Job summary

Qualifications

• Advanced vocational training in Mechanical Manufacturing or a degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering with 1–3 years of relevant experience in quality control or manufacturing quality.
• Proficient in Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, Supplier Quality Management and Non-Conformance Management with focus on corrective actions and RCA.
• Experience in visual, dimensional and documentary inspection, engineering drawing interpretation and metrology; knowledge of NDT fundamentals (VT, PT, MT, UT, RT).
• Competent in inspection and test reporting, managing material certificates and quality dossiers; calibration and verification control for testing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Product inspection and non-conformance management; supplier quality follow-up; test witnessing and calibration control or quality documentation to ensure conformity before release and shipment.
• Balance daily inspection priorities with preventive quality activities, supplier development and continuous improvement.
• Drive measurable improvements in product quality, supplier performance, manufacturing effectiveness and customer satisfaction through technical assessment and cross-functional collaboration.
• Opportunity to lead quality improvements, supplier development and problem-solving activities.
• Hands-on involvement in inspections, testing, metrology and manufacturing processes.
