Grifols invites applications for a Customer Care – Quality Assurance and Customer Experience role. The position focuses on reviewing procedures to ensure cGMP compliance and leading quality systems within GEPD Plasma Testing Laboratories, with significant travel to Egypt involved.

The ideal candidate holds a Life Sciences degree and 3–5 years in a regulated environment, with excellent Spanish and English communication. Occasional remote work may be available.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology or related fields).
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Advanced level of Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Review procedures to ensure they comply with cGMP and internal SOPs.
• Supervise quality systems and quality culture across GEPD Plasma Testing Laboratories.
• Lead investigations including root cause analysis for incidents.
• Support regulatory inspections and audits.
• Manage Plasma Testing Laboratories quality projects and Change Controls.
• Participate in Laboratory meetings for tracking actions on Change Controls.
• Coordinate tasks across company areas to improve quality processes.
• Monitor corrective and preventive actions and validate their effectiveness.
• Monitor quality system indicators and propose improvements.
• Oversee Quality Risk Management (QRM) processes and risk assessment studies.
