PwC Spain’s Deals Transaction Services team invites you to advance in Financial Due Diligence across international mergers, acquisitions and financing projects. You will analyze financial assumptions, assess key value drivers, and collaborate with both private equity buyers and corporate clients to deliver data‑driven insights.

Formación

• Degree in Business/Economics or Engineering is required.
• Fluent in English for day‑to‑day work.
• 2–3 years of experience in transaction services or audit.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

• Conduct financial due diligence analyses for buy‑side and sell‑side engagements.
• Support price adjustment definitions and financial analyses for deals.

Our team assist organizations with both buy side and sell side due diligence services. As part of our team, you'll help us provide both corporate and financial buyers with peace of mind by analysing and providing your insights on all the financial assumptions being made.

Our principal focuses as regards this position are in the areas of: Financial due diligence projects, working for either the acquirer or the vendor. Both private equity houses (including some of the top worldwide names) and major international and national corporate clients. Critical review of the key value drivers of the business, both for the historical period or financial projections.
