Advanced Resource Managers Ltd seeks a QMS Line Director to lead and expand the Quality Management Systems service line for life sciences clients worldwide. You will shape strategy, grow the consulting team, and foster strong client relationships across pharma, biotech and medical devices.

The role requires deep GxP expertise, leadership, and a track record in delivering compliant QMS implementations and improvements, with fluency in English and Spanish for global collaboration.

Qualifications

A well-established global life sciences consulting organisation is seeking an experienced QMS Line Director to lead and expand its Quality Management Systems service line.

With an international presence and a strong reputation for supporting pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device organisations, the business provides specialist quality, compliance, validation and regulatory consulting services to clients across the globe.

This is a strategic leadership position with responsibility for growing the QMS practice, leading consulting teams, supporting client relationships and driving service excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Quality Management Systems consulting service line.
• Manage, mentor and grow a team of consultants.
• Act as a trusted advisor to pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device clients.
• Support business development, proposals and client relationship management.
• Oversee the successful delivery of QMS implementation, optimisation and remediation projects.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and expand service capabilities.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience within Quality Management Systems in a regulated life sciences environment.
• Strong understanding of GxP and GMP requirements.
• Previous consulting, advisory or professional services experience.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Commercial awareness with exposure to business development activities.
• Experience with platforms such as TrackWise, Veeva Quality, MasterControl or other eQMS solutions is advantageous.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple geographies.
