Moderna Therapeutics in Madrid seeks a technically skilled Quality Control specialist to support laboratory informatics platforms across the global QC network. You will help ensure accurate master data, templates and electronic workflows aligned with GMP requirements.

You’ll engage with QC, Digital and Automation teams to optimize LabVantage LIMS, CDS and LES configurations, contributing to standardized processes and data integrity across sites.

Qualifications

• BS in sciences or related field required.
• 3–5 years in biotech/pharma QC, laboratory systems or automation preferred.
• Experience in GMP/regulatory environment preferred.
• Laboratory informatics systems experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day technical support for QC lab informatics platforms (LabVantage LIMS, Chromeleon CDS, SoftMax Pro, LES).
• Provide Tier 1 technical support and troubleshoot issues, documenting resolutions and escalating as needed.
• Maintain and update system configurations; coordinate installations and upgrades with Digital teams.
• Support implementation, testing and deployment of system enhancements and new functionality.
• Review LabVantage master data for accuracy and alignment with analytical methods.
• Develop and review standardized analytical templates and calculations within CDS/LES.
• Configure and review LES workflows to ensure compliant, executable electronic instructions.
• Support GMP compliance, data integrity and CAPA-related documentation for laboratory software.
• Train QC personnel on system functionality and best practices.
