Qaracter - Beyond Your Challenge busca un Ingeniero Python para desarrollar soluciones de software de alta disponibilidad en un entorno tecnológico avanzado. El rol implica diseño, desarrollo, automatización e innovación continua.

Trabajarás con Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker e infraestructura como código, contribuyendo a la calidad y fiabilidad de los sistemas en un equipo internacional. Se valora experiencia en observabilidad y automatización.

Formación

• Experiencia avanzada en Python 3 y desarrollo de software de alta disponibilidad.
• Conocimientos de Linux, Docker y Kubernetes para entornos en la nube.
• Experiencia con AWS y herramientas de observabilidad como Grafana.
• Conocimientos de Terraform para infraestructura como código y pruebas unitarias.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de software de alta disponibilidad utilizando Python.
• Trabajar con múltiples tecnologías y adaptarse a cambios en requisitos técnicos.
• Definir y promover prácticas de desarrollo, pruebas automatizadas y despliegue continuo.
• Optimizar procesos de desarrollo y mejorar la eficiencia de la ingeniería.
• Implementar monitorización, métricas y alertas para garantizar la fiabilidad del sistema.
• Mantener alta calidad de software en desarrollo y mantenimiento.
• Desarrollar pruebas automáticas e integrarlas en pipelines CI/CD.
• Trabajar con infraestructuras en la nube y entornos contenedorizados.
• Colaborar con equipos de desarrollo, infraestructura y operaciones para entregar soluciones robustas.

Are you a Python Engineer looking to work on high-availability software solutions in a challenging, technology-driven environment?

At Qaracter , we're looking for a highly adaptable Python Engineer who is comfortable working across multiple technologies and wants to contribute to the design, development, automation, and continuous improvement of complex software solutions.

You’ll join a technical environment where Python, Cloud, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability play a key role in delivering reliable and high-quality software.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop high-availability software solutions using Python
• Work across multiple technologies and adapt quickly to changing technical requirements
• Define and promote development, automated testing, and deployment best practices
• Optimize and improve software development processes and engineering efficiency
• Implement monitoring, metrics, and timely alerts to ensure system reliability
• Ensure high levels of software quality across both new development and maintenance
• Implement and maintain software quality controls
• Develop automated testing strategies and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
• Work with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver robust solutions

What We're Looking For

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Advanced Python 3
• Medium knowledge of C/C++
• Strong experience with Linux
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Terraform
• Unit testing / UnitTest
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong knowledge of AWS
• Experience with Redis
• Experience with Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms, particularly Grafana

Education

• Degree in Computer Engineering , Computer Science, or a related technical field

Languages

• High level of English – required for collaboration in an international environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with software development process automation
• Knowledge of additional monitoring and observability tools
• Experience working with high-availability or distributed systems
• Exposure to CI/CD and DevOps methodologies
• Curiosity and genuine interest in learning and adopting new technologies
