Qaracter es una firma de consultoría internacional que ofrece servicios en tecnología, finanzas y operaciones. Buscamos un Python Engineer para diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de software de alta disponibilidad, trabajando con Python, nube y contenedores en un entorno internacional.

El candidato ideal posee experiencia en ingeniería de software, automatización y prácticas de DevOps, y está motivado para contribuir a la mejora continua y la calidad del software en proyectos desafiantes.

Formación

• Experiencia en Python 3 avanzada.
• Conocimientos medios de C/C++.
• Experiencia sólida en Linux.
• Uso de Docker y Kubernetes.
• Conocimiento de Terraform.
• Pruebas unitarias (UnitTest).
• Experiencia con Git, Jenkins, Jira y Confluence.
• Conocimiento sólido de AWS.
• Experiencia con Redis y Elasticsearch.
• Conocimiento de herramientas de monitorización, especialmente Grafana.
• Formación en Ingeniería Informática o campo técnico similar.
• Inglés alto, requisito para colaborar en entorno internacional.

Responsabilidades

• Diseñar y desarrollar soluciones de software de alta disponibilidad usando Python.
• Trabajar con múltiples tecnologías y adaptarse a requisitos técnicos.
• Definir y promover prácticas de desarrollo, pruebas automatizadas y despliegue.
• Optimizar procesos de desarrollo y la eficiencia de ingeniería.
• Implementar monitorización, métricas y alertas para la fiabilidad.
• Mantener alta calidad de software en desarrollo y mantenimiento.
• Implementar y mantener controles de calidad de software.
• Desarrollar estrategias de pruebas automatizadas e integrarlas en CI/CD.
• Trabajar con infraestructuras en la nube y entornos containerizados.
• Colaborar con desarrollo, infraestructura y operaciones para entregar soluciones robustas.

Are you a Python Engineer looking to work on high-availability software solutions in a challenging, technology-driven environment?

At Qaracter , we're looking for a highly adaptable Python Engineer who is comfortable working across multiple technologies and wants to contribute to the design, development, automation, and continuous improvement of complex software solutions.

You'll join a technical environment where Python, Cloud, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automation, and observability play a key role in delivering reliable and high-quality software.

What You'll Do

• Design and develop high-availability software solutions using Python
• Work across multiple technologies and adapt quickly to changing technical requirements
• Define and promote development, automated testing, and deployment best practices
• Optimize and improve software development processes and engineering efficiency
• Implement monitoring, metrics, and timely alerts to ensure system reliability
• Ensure high levels of software quality across both new development and maintenance
• Implement and maintain software quality controls
• Develop automated testing strategies and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines
• Work with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver robust solutions

What We're Looking For

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Advanced Python 3
• Medium knowledge of C/C++
• Strong experience with Linux
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Terraform
• Unit testing / UnitTest
• Experience with Git, Jenkins, Jira, and Confluence
• Strong knowledge of AWS
• Experience with Redis
• Experience with Elasticsearch
• Knowledge of monitoring platforms, particularly Grafana

Education

• Degree in Computer Engineering , Computer Science, or a related technical field

Languages

• High level of English – required for collaboration in an international environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with software development process automation
• Knowledge of additional monitoring and observability tools
• Experience working with high-availability or distributed systemsExposure to CI/CD and DevOps methodologies
• Curiosity and genuine interest in learning and adopting new technologies
