The role emphasizes strong proficiency in backend languages (Python/Java/Node.js/Go), API design, and modern cloud and container technologies. Occasional in-person meetups may be required in Spain.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in one or more backend programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, Node.js, Go).
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
• Solid understanding of API design principles (RESTful).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is desirable.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, especially in a remote setting.
