Job summary

T‑Systems is seeking an experienced developer to staff an internal team responsible for developing, integrating, and operating new services for mobile planning, including PreHCM NewMobile, FNP Cockpit and freiHEIGHT, with service-oriented architectures and automation.

As a Developer/SW Engineer with a data-analysis background, you will design concepts, code, document, test, and support complex systems across their life cycle while collaborating with international teams.

Qualifications

• Strong Python programming experience and data analysis background.
• Experience designing and building web services / REST APIs.
• Experience with databases and ORM frameworks.
• Git version control proficiency.
• Basic Docker knowledge.
• Basic Elasticsearch knowledge.
• Fluent English language.

Responsibilities

• Developing/improving software for complex products and services throughout the development life cycle.
• Clarifying requirements; devising concepts and specifications for modifying software.
• Carrying out the relevant programming work (coding).
• Preparing and maintaining software documentation.
• Designing and defining system tests and test automation.
• Installing and configuring the software for complex products and services.
• Providing technical last-level support to other teams for managed systems and services.
• Managing complex projects.
