Greenvolt Next in Madrid develops DG solar projects and self-consumption energy distribution. We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with at least 3 years of renewable energy experience to design, supervise, and optimize project outcomes.

You will collaborate with designers, EPC contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution and compliance with regulations. You will review layouts and studies, prepare technical documentation, and support procurement, scheduling, and handover activities

Formación

• Engineering background, preferably Electrical Engineer.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in renewable energy projects focused on self-consumption distribution.
• Familiarity with components and equipment used in self-consumption energy distribution.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and PVsyst.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate in tendering processes (RFQ/RFP) and support technical requirements.
• Review project design drawings and discuss with designers, installers, and EPC contractors.
• Support quality assurance of services and products from external suppliers and contractors.
• Assist in preparing, coordinating, and controlling technical documentation for timely execution.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and scopes of work for procurement and contractor selection.
• Support project scheduling and coordination for cost-effective deliveries of DG renewable energy projects.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with permitting, local regulations, and technical standards during design.
• Review layouts, technical studies, and engineering reports to identify optimization opportunities.
• Coordinate information flow among internal stakeholders.
• Support project handover activities ensuring documentation and deliverables are completed.

The Engineer is going to contribute directly to the correct design of Greenvolt projects'. This role involves actively participating in the design supervision and creation of renewable energy projects, focusing on self-consumption energy distribution

• Collaborate in tendering processes (RFQ/RFP), supporting technical requirements, design reviews, and supplier evaluations for DG solar projects.
• Review and understand project design drawings, participating in discussions with designers, installers, and EPC contractors.
• Support the quality assurance of services and products provided by external suppliers and contractors.
• Assist in the preparation, coordination, and control of technical documentation required to ensure timely project execution.
• Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and scopes of work for procurement and contractor selection processes.
• Support project scheduling and coordination to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective delivery of DG renewable energy projects.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with permitting requirements, local regulations, and technical standards during the design phase.
• Review layouts, technical studies, and engineering reports, identifying optimization opportunities and proposing improvements.
• Coordinate information flow among internal stakeholders
• Support project handover activities, ensuring documentation, quality requirements, and technical deliverables are completed

Requirements

• Engineering background (preferable Electrical Engineer)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewable Energy projects mainly from self-consumption energy distribution
• Familiarity with the components and technical equipment usually installed in self-consumption energy distribution.
• Knowledge/use of AutoCAD y PVSyst
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Proactivity, autonomy and strong capability to anticipate and capability solutions
• Availability to travel around Spain, in all areas where projects are.
