Ibiza Calm in Ibiza, Spain is seeking a qualified English-speaking Psychotherapist or Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary clinical team as Primary Therapist. You will work within a residential setting, delivering compassionate care and evidence-based therapies to those on the recovery journey.

• Qualified and registered with a recognised professional body.

Hours

Full-time (Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00–17:00, with occasional flexibility required for professional events and networking activities)

Essential

Candidates must be a qualified English-speaking Psychotherapist or Psychologist; hold a full driving licence; and have the legal right to live and work in Spain or elsewhere within the European Union without the need for employer-sponsored visa support.

About the position

We are looking for a qualified English-speaking Psychotherapist or Psychologist to become part of our multidisciplinary clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients experiencing addiction, mental health challenges, and trauma-related difficulties within a residential treatment setting.

As a Primary Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout their treatment journey. Responsibilities include delivering individual and group therapy, contributing to treatment planning, participating in clinical reviews, liaising with families and referring professionals, and helping to foster a positive therapeutic community.

About you

Applicants should be appropriately qualified and registered, or eligible for registration, with a recognised professional body. Previous experience working with addiction, mental health presentations, trauma, or related areas is essential, together with excellent spoken and written English.

Experience within residential treatment services, additional therapeutic training, and a broad understanding of multidisciplinary working would be advantageous.
