Ibiza Calm, a leading residential treatment centre in Ibiza, seeks an English-speaking Psychotherapist or Psychologist for a permanent, office-based role. The position involves working within a multidisciplinary clinical team to support clients in addiction recovery and mental health care.

You will deliver individual and group therapy, contribute to treatment planning, and participate in clinical reviews, liaising with families and referring professionals. Fluency in English is essential.

Formación

• Must be a qualified English-speaking Psychotherapist or Psychologist.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Spain or elsewhere within the European Union without visa sponsorship.
• Experience with addiction, mental health presentations, trauma or related areas is essential.
• Residential treatment services experience is advantageous.
• Excellent spoken and written English.

Contract : Permanent/Office-based role Hours : Full-time (Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00–17:00, with occasional flexibility required for professional events and networking activities) Candidates must be a qualified English-speaking Psychotherapist or Psychologist; and have the legal right to live and work in Spain or elsewhere within the European Union without the need for employer-sponsored visa support. Ibiza Calm is a leading residential treatment centre specialising in addiction recovery and mental health care. Based in Ibiza, we provide evidence-based treatment within a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment, empowering clients to build healthier, more fulfilling lives and achieve long-term recovery. We are looking for a qualified English-speaking Psychotherapist or Psychologist to become part of our multidisciplinary clinical team. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients experiencing addiction, mental health challenges, and trauma-related difficulties within a residential treatment setting. As a Primary Therapist, you will play a key role in supporting clients throughout their treatment journey.

Applicants should be appropriately qualified and registered, or eligible for registration, with a recognised professional body. Previous experience working with addiction, mental health presentations, trauma, or related areas is essential, together with excellent spoken and written English. Experience within residential treatment services, additional therapeutic training, and a broad understanding of multidisciplinary working would be advantageous.
