Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive prototyping or pre-series production.

Responsibilities

• Prototype development and rework of bumper components.
• Identify and resolve issues related to bumper fitment, gaps, alignment, geometry, assembly and surface appearance.
• Perform practical adjustments to plastic components (trimming, sanding, drilling, deburring).
• Work closely with the Design Lead to propose and implement design changes.
• Carry out functional and dimensional checks and document results.
• Prepare technical documentation related to modifications and share findings with the team.
• Coordinate rework activities on components for customer delivery during prototype and pre-series phases.
• Support surface finishing and cosmetic issue resolution.
