Técnicas Reunidas in Madrid is seeking a Proposal Engineer to lead the bid process for services and Energy Transition projects, coordinating technicians, procurement, legal, and finance to assemble complete proposals.
You will analyze client requirements, prepare commercial and technical documents, negotiate with clients, and manage subcontractor bids, with travel as needed and strong English proficiency valued.
Formación
- Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineer, or licensed in chemistry, industrial specialization.
- Proven experience in proposal management for energy transition, renewables, or refinery sectors is valued.
- Strong command of MS Office tools and data handling.
Responsabilidades
- Analyze Client's bid requirements and assure completion.
- Lead internal tender preparation across departments to gather information.
- Address and obtain clarifications from Client.
- Coordinate with Construction Management on bid strategy and subcontractor bids.
- Coordinate with partners/subcontractors for technical and commercial proposals.
- Supervise and monitor the offer budget estimates.
- Prepare commercial/administrative documents and ensure technical completeness.
- Ensure correct emission of technical-commercial proposals.
- Submit proposals and prepare subsequent clarifications/amendments.
- Actively participate in client negotiations.
