Fastighetsbyrån Abroad in Spain seeks a dual-role Property Finder and Social Media Content Creator. The successful candidate will source listings, present the company to clients, and build local market knowledge while driving an enhanced social media presence with compelling video content.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, driving license is preferred, and the role is based at our Los Alcázares office. The position offers training, coaching, and a dynamic, result-driven environment.

Formación

• Proven ability to prospect and acquire clients through proactive sourcing.
• Strong capability to secure well-priced, high-quality listings and effectively present company services to clients.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of self-motivation, while also contributing to team objectives and overall company positioning.
• Excellent networking skills with strong organizational ability, drive and reliability.
• Valid driving license and solid computer skills.
• Local residency with good knowledge of the Spanish property market and administrative system.
• At least 2 years of experience working with social media.
• Experience in creating engaging content, especially video content.
• Strong sense of tone of voice, copywriting, and visual expression.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Enjoys experimenting with new formats, ideas, and ways of working.
• Curious, collaborative, and open-minded.
• Experience with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Canva, and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of analytics and data-driven optimization.

Responsabilidades

• Source and engage with potential property sellers using door knocking, listings, signage, and digital platforms.
• Present Fastighetsbyrån and services to clients to secure listings.
• Develop market knowledge and position Fastighetsbyrån as the top choice for sellers and developers.
• Create engaging social media content focusing on storytelling and video formats.
• Manage our social channels and strengthen digital presence through creative testing and insights.
• Collaborate with colleagues to grow the Spain market and client base.
